In 2007 Hook Bountin built me this 7.62 (.308) M1.
The rifle was put together from a CMP rack grade
with a Barnett barrel and a Wenig laminated gunstock.
My wife started calling it my new girl friend so I named it Lola.
The Blind Hogs mounted a special effort to compete with M1 rifles at the National Matches.
